Participate and support the project partners in planning and carrying out needs assessments
of the ahead of intervention implementation.
Support the coordination and monitoring of project activities at the field level, ensuring implementation schedules are met as per the detailed activity plan, and that adherence to systems for quality project implementation are strengthened.
Contribute to the design of a new activities with the partners if needed.
Coordinate communication and facilitate information sharing among the project team, implementing partners, and project beneficiaries at the community level to assist local partners in strengthening the community interest, involvement and support networks.
Liaise with various community stakeholders and mobilize them to ensure full involvement of community leaders, community representatives, and local government representatives in the overall implementation and improvement of project activities.
In coordination with the project team support capacity building events for partners and community representatives.
Coordinate, monitor, and report on volunteer activities.
Compile data provided at the community level as per project requirements and contribute to
the preparation of different reports.
Help the MEAL Team by Collecting quality data on a timely basis and use it for decision making, project communication and the capturing of lessons learned and best practices.
Ensure day-to-day communication between CRS and the partners. Helping in all the logistical
and Administrative work related to the Project. (Organizing events and workshops).
Translate documents between Arabic and English as needed.
Collecting and analysing primary and secondary data
Responding to client’s needs and requests
Translating reports from English to Arabic & Vice Versa
Conducting interviews to collect reliable data for the client
Collaborating with teams of social scientists, community development, communication & SME specialists regarding the design, implementation and management of different types of integrated community development projects and in the provision of community and
-- Assisting the HR team with generalist HR matters, including reviewing and developing relevant Policies and Procedures.
- Providing confidential ad hoc advice and assistance to Pure Health employees.
- Assisting with preparations for disciplinary and grievance hearings as necessary.
- Administration, co-ordination and support of Pure Health recruitment.
- Managing and maintaining contracts, personnel files and other employee information for over 500 employees.
- Handling leaves record.
- Giving advice on increments and other benefits.
- Handling insurance procedures.
- Conducting onboarding procedures (Facilitating the visa process, arranging for air tickets, etc..)
- Conducting exit procedures.
- Handling the Purehealth Newsletter.
- Coordinating with finance, marketing, admin and other departments when needed.
- Providing day to day updates to the management

- Conducting research to present Due Diligence, Socioeconomic profiling and other reports.
1. Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and
requirements. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc)
2. Create a comprehensive job description based on hiring manager specifications to be used to present to
candidates and to post to job boards and internal gateways.
3. Update client on the recruiting process and the roles involved in the process
4. With use of Enterprise applicant tracking technology and innovative recruiting tools, review and select
candidates to move forward from the slate presented by sourcing efforts, determine and instruct next course
of action.
5. Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
6. Solicit and document hiring manager and candidate feedback throughout the interview process.
7. Disposition all candidates personally contacted in recruiting cycle (phone screen or higher manager
interview).
Daily responsibilities:
Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline.
Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.
Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database.
Assisting in generating leads from conversations with candidates.
Presenting candidates to our management team applying high quality standards.
Posting job descriptions on job boards, and tracking posting status and results.
- File and analyse electoral laws in different countries.
- List the previous, current and upcoming elections in Arab and non-Arab states
- Translate documents from Arabic to English and vice versa
- Issue internal memos within the League of Arab States.
