Key responsibilities include;
- Recruitment Lead for a Ministry of Housing Project, which has a mandate to develop large-scale communities that provide world class housing options across the kingdom.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings.
- Manage external partnerships with colleges, job boards and HR software vendors.
- Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)
- Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.
- Manage and develop team capabilities and business engagement success.
- Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire.
- Improve employer branding via creative, relationship-focused, and data-driven practices.
- Engage in media relations to promote brand via precise techniques such as collaborating with Marketing Division to roll out Katerra’s business case studies in university branding case studies.
- Research and implement opportunities for process improvements.
- Organize and participate in career fairs and variety of networking events.
- Lead the Talent Acquisition function independently for several projects such as the NBB2020/ICT.
- Strategically hired key positions including Director of Marketing, Director of Procurement, Project Vice President and Chief operating Officer.
- Managed and developed the talent acquisition department and participated in 3 career fairs.
- Developed the on-boarding process, managed the headcount control and automated the recruitment process in addition to building a career website.
- Managed the HR organizational Restructure, HR Processes, HR Forms, and HR Policy Manual via HRMS.
- Used advanced influencing skills to advise management in identifying and attracting a high-quality and diverse workforce that is capable of accomplishing the organization’s mission.
- Fostered and maintained effective working relationships with other members of the Talent Acquisition team.

Started as Senior Recruiter with Saudi Parsons which is a Town Planner, Designing & Consulting Engineering Co.
- I lead the Talent Acquisition function for huge projects such as the Riyadh Metro and Mecca expansion.
- Developed and executed recruiting plans, coordinated and implemented college recruiting initiatives.
- Successfully increased the Saudisation from 30% to 60% in three months and was selected by the Ministry of labour to participate in the facilitation of the workshop (Ruwad AlTawteen).
- Lead the HRMS team in managing the day-to-day activities to support the HR.
- Introduce and roll out culture, change management, work life balance, and staff rewards & engagement programs.
