•Consulting with Unit Heads to identify training needs

•Processing of SAP training invoices by creating: Shopping Carts and Service Entry Sheets

The factory was facing issues regarding inconsistencies with the itinerary the factory was bringing in and the items in the storage. My main focus was to resolve this issue by implementing a system in place that would minimize costs and losses. This was attempted by cooperating with the factory technicians and engineers and the Supply and Logistics team to anticipate the correct number of items needed..

I worked as a college intern within the National Grid for Learning Resources division as a Translator and Researcher. During my internship, I worked on the BLOSSOMS project; s collaboration between MIT University and KFUPM and Scitech to develop video lessons aimed at enriching college and high school students' learning experiences. I collaborated with KFUPM professors as they wrote lesson plans which were then made into scripts by the selected movie producers and directors, so that we were able to film and then upload the video lessons onto the website.
During my work at Scitech I was also responsible for the below tasks:
