Successfully guided and led the research on significant economic and social themes in the MENA region and globally, effectively trained junior staff on conducting high-quality research, fully managed the performance optimization and evaluation process of the Connect program (Soliya’s flagship global program) in collaboration with the Social Cognitive Neuroscience Laboratory at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), made critical recommendations to the management regarding performance improvement based on the analysis of program evaluation data collected, generated simple performance reports from complex quantitative data to facilitate the communication of data analysis results to relevant stakeholders, and successfully led the hiring and training process of junior staff.

Helped customize financial software for banking clients in Egypt and the Gulf region after a short training duration, developed functional and training documentation for banking clients, presented complex information in a simple manner to bank employees, created financial instrument deal confirmations through the use of specialized software, took full responsibility (as assigned by the management) of allocation of tasks to the team and acted as the liaison between the team and the management, provided effective support to consultants on-site, assisted project managers throughout the project management processes and procedures, and successfully completed the Thomson Reuters training covering: financial markets and financial instruments review (Forex, Money Market, Bonds and Equities), risk products training (Kondor+, Kondor+ Global Risk (KGR), Kondor+ Trade Processing (K+TP)), technical and technological review, and front-to-back software configuration for Forex.
