- Directing digital transformation strategy.

* Responsible of maintaining Aramex E-commerce portals (shopandship.com, aramexglobalshopper.com and intranet portal)
* Responsible of maintaining Aramex SMS service across the world and develop new integrations.
* Responsible of maintaining Aramex E-payments .
* Gathering business requirements from business owners.
* Working closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
* Control quality matters in the software development process including testing, bug records, develop and execute test cases.
* Create reports for management in order to facilitate decision making
1- Carrying out the tasks, roles and responsibilities related to Information Systems in the global support office of aramex which concentrate on providing flexible, reliable, state-of-the-art technology solutions, automating business processes to increase work accuracy and efficiency, providing data and information to enable proper decision making, supporting the evolving business needs to provide a competitive edge for the organization and always acting as the primary link between business process owners and IT development team/software vendors, to ensure proper implementation of business requirements & proper implementation and operation of application software within the aramex offices.
2- Carrying the tasks responsibilities of supporting Sage ERP accounting software in additional to create customized financial reports.
3-Managing and implementing SMS service for aramex network using SMPP protocol.
4-Participating in various aramex new technology projects related to upgrading windows server environment and cloud computing service.
