• Responsible for communicating volume forecasts and leading the execution of business plans to deliver.

• Providing timely and accurate communication between field, distribution and accounting.
• Analyzing on a monthly basis the unit results, action plans, and update RSM with progress through a monthly report.
• Providing ongoing coaching to all Account Managers within the unit and ensuring that they are properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their objectives.
• Reporting competitive activities to the Regional Sales Manager as and when it happens.
• Training and developing the sales team to raise the managerial skill standards to set them ready for promotion.
• Putting in place the optimal unit structure that leads to best productivity results.
• Establishing the team spirit by leading by example and motivating people.
•Fully responsible for achieving the monthly sales targets by account.

•Maintaining a physical presence in the field on a daily basis to reinforce the account strategy, in-store execution & adherence to agreements (availability and visibility of products, shelf share, extra visibility).
•Supervising the work execution of merchandisers in stores, and giving new inputs.
•Monitoring the movement of trucks from the warehouses to ensure the timely delivery to key accounts.
•Managing the execution of promotions and new products launches.
•Reporting competition activities to the Direct Manager (Prices, Promotions, New SKU's).
