• Direct line management of 5 staff, with overall responsibility for 32 staff across four
programme departments - economic recovery and livelihoods, protection, partnerships,
and social stability
• Economic recovery and livelihoods - oversaw the introduction of new programme
approaches and activities, including value chain and market-based programming focused
on job creation
• Labour market assessment (LMA) - oversaw the LMA conducted in three locations across
Bekaa; first primary data collection assessment conducted by DRC Lebanon in three years
• Supported Economic recovery team with the implementation of conditional cash grants
and business development support to 12 small- and medium enterprises in Bekaa- been part
of the selection of businesses, field visit to businesses and the development of business
grants agreement
• Protection -Manage the overall implementation of CP, GBV, Legal, protection monitoring
and PSS projects
• Risk management- been part of the incident management team and supported in decision
making related to COVID 19 situation
• Manage protection local partnership component- been part of partnership assessment,

across Bekaa region, other INGOs) which successfully allowed the field team to avoid
different security risks

partner staff, monthly field visits, conducting program quality management meetings,
financial forecast meetings and updating regularly the strategic fit and capacity assessment

• Incorporated cross-cutting issues including safe programming, policy/influencing, gender
and good governance throughout the project cycle by regular coordination with technical
coordinators during which I was part of the design of a gender analysis for Bekaa projects

• Led on assessments, KAP surveys, hygiene voucher distributions and monitoring activities
• Led on the design of a complaint mechanism that allows people of concern to raise their
complaints and receive feedback
• Led on procurement plan development for the public health promotion activities and
coordinated with support team to ensure proper delivery of materials and participated in tender
opening

implementation by developing alongside the public health promotion global advisor and
protection manager, term of references for the work with 4 womens group and 257 community
