• Develop existing business and solicit new catering business through catering lead generation and catering sales marketing
• Solicit new catering customers through traditional and non-traditional sales techniques

• Analysing the event Calendar of UAE and identifying the best place for activating the homegrown brands and the food trucks.
• Keeping the brands and food trucks activated during weekdays, and in the low season by contacting big companies, potential partners.
• Ensure high standards of service are delivered to guests and clients at all times.
• Handling the coordination of Meeting, Incentives, Conference, Events and Groups .
• Liaise with event organizers to finalize event details and provide professional advice on event set-ups.
