•Manage and coordinate day-to-day activities of the townhomes buildings and corporation administration duties.
•Direct and supervise all property maintenance.

Leasing, Marketing and Operational duties of 3 properties with over 700 units combined. Professionally qualify prospects, demonstrated product and followed-up with clients. Professionally and courteously handle all telephone and ‘walk-in’ enquiries from prospective tenants. Encourage appointments or viewings with all prospective callers with various sales techniques. Update date of all the qualified prospects to determine their needs and financial capabilities. Check references and credit reports to get the approval. Order credit checks, fill out and execute the signing of all leases, schedules, and assignment and sublet addendum forms. Maintain a consistently accurate traffic report and availability to be submitted to management on a weekly basis. Perform regular suite inspections. Assist in the completion of market rent studies to understand and acknowledge the competition in surrounding buildings. Recruit, train and supervise part-time staff to assist during busy periods. Review and provided suggestions on advertising Market survey and analysis. Carry out other duties and/or procedures related to the marketing, rental and administration of suites. Provide administrative support to the site staff and Property Manager as requested. Communicated with the Property Manager, team members, and site staff on an ongoing basis. Follow up and upgrade all governing legislation including, without limitation, Tenant Protection Act, Labor Relations Act, Fire Code and Occupational Health & Safety Act.
Managed 24 commercial and 112 residential units, prepare and made renewal for the current tenants for commercial and residential. Review and approved the qualified tenants. Monitoring Security check for parking lots and parking Enforcement signs. Coordinated, scheduled and supervised all carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC tasks. Hired, supervised, trained and evaluated the high performing skilled technicians. Coordinated and ensured on time and within budget tenant improvements according to approved plans. Managed all aspects of sub-contractor and negotiate performance and invoice approval. Keep tracked on POs and issues cheques. Control financial report to keep update.
