MicroMentor is an online platform developed by Mercy Corps and funded by MasterCard, Google.org and EBRD.
- Fully responsible for all communications and marketing activities for MicroMentor in the MENA
region, focusing on Jordan and Egypt.
- Designing content strategies for MicroMentor MENA that align with the targeted audiences'
needs and requirements.
- Creating content calendars for social media posting (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube
and Twitter).
- Writing informative and strong success stories and users’ testimonials.
- Delivering strong and engaging content to users.
- Designing visuals using Canva and Photoshop.
- Responding to all questions and inquiries (comments and messages) on social media and on
MicroMentor’s website.
- Creating and scheduling social media ads using Ads Manager.
- Creating and scheduling social media posts using Buffer and Hootsuite.
- Working closely with major partners and creating collaborative campaigns (ZINC, Mawdoo3,
Molhem, and Migrate).
- Managing and optimizing all social media ads and managing CPAs focusing on best
performance ads.
- Translating content.
- Shooting videos to educate people and spread more awareness.
- Working closely with MicroMentor's HQ marketing team members to brainstorm and create
creative campaigns and strategies.
- Managing events, workshops, and webinars.
- Designing branded printed materials for any event or any requirement (rollups, brochures,
notebooks, pens, publications.. etc).
- Managing and writing all press releases and letters to ministries and embassies.
- Reporting for three donors and Mercy Corps’ Head Quarters.
- Working closely with Mercy Corps’ Communications Advisor to spread more awareness of Mercy Corps’ projects on social media.
