Solicit potential clients to buy, sell and invest in properties
•Advise clients on prices, mortgages, market conditions and other related information in accordance to their budget and needs
•Conduct market research to compare products and liaise with colleagues to find the product required.
• Take prospective buyers to view properties and meet with developers
•Mediate negotiations between the byer and the seller
•Prepare documents required for Sales agreements
•Generate and handle existing leads for business growth
•Key Accounts Executive at Dubai Refreshments Company (PEPSI)

•Acquire new accounts for the On Premise department to generate more sales
•Convert existing accounts in the market from competition (Coke) to Pepsi
