• Meet the monthly target continuously through serving different categories of customers by promoting and selling VIVA products and services related to voice and broadband to meet their needs.
• Take responsibility of being shift in charge to assist other colleagues once there are complicated cases and complains. Also, collect all agents’ cash by the end of the duty to make the shop closing.
• Assist the customers to use broadband such as putting sim card, changing username and password as well as network/data speed (3G/4G). Also, activating the voice of broadband (VOBB) for the customers to be able to use landline.
• Helping customers to pay their bills not only on the counter, but also using self-service machine, online on website and through VIVA application to ease the payment method everywhere and without attending the outlet.
• Communicate with other departments such as IT, operation, MNP and VIP team to follow up with customers request in order to satisfy customer needs and exceed their expectation through the provided services.
• Making appointments for the patients through using VIDA system, issuing invoices for medical transactions as well as dealing with cash and card transactions.
• Informing the nurses that the patient has arrived to do the required check-up before entering to the doctor which helps the hospital to avoid queuing.
• Dealing face to face with the patients.
• Writing a detailed business plan for the company to expand in Bahrain, based on the internet information and low dependence on the company owner details.
• Working in a team of 3 members with low supervision from the company and university.
• Making a sales pitch presentation at the end of the semester.
• Getting experience and knowledge about the property industry.
• Answering customer’s call and providing help about mobile and fixed line services.
• Using Customer Relation Management (CRM), Billing Component, Minsat and IP Billing.
• Sending emails and raising customer’s complaints.
• Answering customer's call.
• Using Integrated Finance System (IFS) and Customer Interaction Management (CIM / COSMO)
• Calculating Car Loan.
• Using MS Office (Word & PowerPoint)
• Organizing event with the Society.
• Serving and helping the guests.
