Budget Preparation Assistance:
• Assist in the preparation of the companys budget.
• Collaborate with the CFO and senior financial Analyst to provide necessary data.
Variance Analysis and Reporting:
• Report to management on variances from the established budget.
• Provide detailed explanations for budget variances.
Monthly Financial Reporting:
• Generate monthly financial reports.
• Perform Trial Balance reconciliation, Conduct Like-to-Like analysis, Conduct Actual vs. Budget analysis to identify discrepancies.
• Communicate any errors to the audit manager for rectification.
• Submit reports to the CFO in a timely manner.
Dashboard Preparation:
• Prepare dashboards for various functions.
• Submit dashboards to the CFO promptly and free from errors.
• Include comprehensive analysis in the dashboard reports.

• Following up on day to day and Operating and Accounting Tasks
• Ensuring all the recordings are right and in accordance to the Standards
• Preparing and Reviewing the Financial Statements
C) Financing Role:
• Applying financial statement analysis and ratios
• Setting Financial and Non-Financial KPIs
• Applying Financial Planning, Budgeting, Cash management
• Financial Modelling Like for like Analysis, Breakeven point for Business Presenting The Financial Analysis in Visual Practice Dashboards.
D) Other Detailed Roles:
• Review & finalize Monthly Financial Statements of Clients & making reports on Fathom software.
• Making sure that All Transactions are recorded in the ERP accounting system on a timely basis.
• Making Weekly & monthly reports for clients for decision making.
• Budget & Cashflow forecast preparation for the clients.
• Review of Banks & sales Reconciliation.
• Mapping of Internal controls for new Clients.
• Risk management for New Clients before the commencement of work.
• Costing of products for Clients for decision-making.
• Sending Reports and communication with foreign suppliers on a regular basis.
• Making Financial & nonfinancial Recommendation Reports for Clients.
• Financial statements explanation to non-accounting managers and owners on monthly basis.In depth Experience in ERP Accounting systems, POS & Reporting Software E.g Zoho, Xero, Vend
Light speed, Hike, Shopify & Fathom Reporting Software.
• Preparation of monthly financial reports e.g., balance sheet, profit, and loss, internal management reports, and cash flow statements.
• Managing the general ledger including overseeing the monthly balance sheet, banking, and inter company reconciliations.
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting.
• Recording day-to-day transactions and maintaining general ledger
• Formulate and implement the organizations financial plans and keep up-to-date accounting records.
• Timely preparation of weekly and monthly reports is vital to the decision-making process for senior management.
• Preparation of monthly cash flow forecast within budgetary limits of company policy.
