Budget Preparation Assistance:
• Assist in the preparation of the companys budget.
• Collaborate with the CFO and senior financial Analyst to provide necessary data.
Variance Analysis and Reporting:
• Report to management on variances from the established budget.
• Provide detailed explanations for budget variances.
Monthly Financial Reporting:
• Generate monthly financial reports.
• Perform Trial Balance reconciliation, Conduct Like-to-Like analysis, Conduct Actual vs. Budget analysis to identify discrepancies.
• Communicate any errors to the audit manager for rectification.
• Submit reports to the CFO in a timely manner.
Dashboard Preparation:
• Prepare dashboards for various functions.
• Submit dashboards to the CFO promptly and free from errors.
