 Project management (Signalling) in Riyadh Metro Project for Line 1 (38km) & Line 2 (25km) based on GoA-4 (unattended train operation) level of operation.
 Responsibility of PMO for signalling.
 Responsible for design closure/agreement with consultant (RMTC).
 Interface management with systems i.e. civil works, rolling stock, rail electrification, communication, platform screen doors, platform information system and SCADA and ensuring interface resolution within agreed timeline.
 Responsible for change management involving preparation & presentation of change proposals and their agreement with respective partners on the technical (ECCP) and commercial (CCB) level.
 Engineering works management for supply of installation material.
 Supervision of compliance with requirements management processes using DOORS.
 Review of signalling designs such as signalling plan, cable plan, fibre optics plan, cable containment layout, etc. and coordinating lines of action.
 Development of installation requirements and selection of installation contractor.

KEY PROJECTS HANDLED
 Installation & commissioning of Signaling and Train Control System for Airport Express Metro Line of 22.7km
between New Delhi Station and Dwarka Sector 21 with trains running at 120kmph.
 Installation, testing and commissioning of Automatic Train Supervision system.
 Analyzing the design plans (FOC network, cable plan, system configuration) and modifying it (if necessary) to make it compatible with site activities.
 Coordinating with client (DAMEPL) and interface management with other contractors.
 Responsibility of supervision for installation, testing and commissioning of a complete interlocking area which included 6 km of track area (two tubes) and two stations .
 Execution of the final approved designs.
 Preparation of BoQ and procurement of the material for installation.

 Signaling for Extension of Line 3 of Delhi Metro
 Coordination with client (DMRC) for site activities.
 Supervision of activities allotted to sub-contractor.
 Planning of site activities for scheduled completion of project.
 Supervision of installation and inspection of cables, S-bonds, point machines, signals, etc.

 Project management for (Signaling) for Defect Liability Period (DLP) in Delhi Airport Metro Express Line
 Closure of open item punch list issued with PAC.
 Establishment and management of DLP team in accordance with allocated budget.
 Collection of balance payments.

Responsibility Outline:

 Project Set-up - Responsible for overall project planning, scheduling and execution including resource allocation, project coordinating and control, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

 Project Execution and Document Control - Project design basis, Project Execution plan, Communication matrix/plan, Document Control Index etc. Providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Prepared all scopes of work, contracts and job orders to necessary subcontractors.
 Financial Management - Perform cost comparison analysis of all regular procurement activities to ensure cost controls; review material/subcontractor invoices for approval; reorganize work schedules and flow to reduce costs and improve efficiency; analyze and ensure construction ability and methodology throughout all phases of the project road map.

 Relationship Management - Developed and maintained positive subcontractor relations through establishing and maintaining good communication, communicating on responsibilities, changes and issues, and following up on requests. Leading Project coordination across various departments including internal and external and responsible for on time, in budget and preset specifications for critical projects.


 Sales & Bid Management - Responsible for preparing Technical proposal’s (bidding stage), maintaining all Bid Phase activities and related data. Analyzed all business opportunities, coordinated with other departments including technical, commercial and legal for preparing, reviewing and submitting data for various tender application processes. Monitored market and identified potential opportunities. Assisted and guided proposal team on content and prepared related strategies and budget for projects.

 Sub-Bid Manager for providing signaling system for CS07 (Najafgarh depot extension) project of DMRC.

 Bid Manager for providing signaling and train control system for Metro Express link between Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad which included prequalification as well as tender process.
