Resolve all negative Customer Service issues.
Processing complaints from customers, service reports, service quality control.
Monitors daily progress of jobs or projects.
Coordinates and Supervises activities of service or technical personnel via personnel assignments, job or project management, administration and technical support.
Handles finance and local purchase’s for the department and special projects as assigned.
Manages Service Management Module -AX Dynamics for service department. (I.e. Enter data in computer systems as required for department such as Product Completions, material transfers, etc...)
