Resolve all negative Customer Service issues.

Processing complaints from customers, service reports, service quality control.

Monitors daily progress of jobs or projects.

Coordinates and Supervises activities of service or technical personnel via personnel assignments, job or project management, administration and technical support.

Handles finance and local purchase’s for the department and special projects as assigned.

Manages Service Management Module -AX Dynamics for service department. (I.e. Enter data in computer systems as required for department such as Product Completions, material transfers, etc...)

•Understand the current set up, project and its complexities, handle customer queries, concerns, suggestions, feedback, etc and manage their expectations.

•Update all necessary systems, trackers, customer history details for seamless management at all times.

•Carry ownership for every customer query and close loops with multiple departments, functions areas until it is resolved.

•Ensure highest level of sincerity, integrity and honesty while dealing with customers.

•In cases of customer complaints, the role holder should be result oriented to offer maximum satisfaction and timeliness.
