• Managing all accounting functions for KSA division - Forma Industry, including VAT
submission and compliance.
• Processing supplier payments, validating supporting documents, and maintaining aging
reports.
• Handling petty cash disbursements, reimbursements, and reconciliation.

• Preparing weekly sales reports and daily cash in/out statements for management.

Forma Trading & Contracting, Forma Creative Production, and Forma Fiberglass.
• Supervising accounting assistants and monitoring their daily tasks to ensure accuracy
and timely completion of assigned work.
• Providing guidance to junior staff on accounting procedures, document control, and ERP
usage.
• Ensuring internal control processes are followed across all financial transactions and
reports.

• Maintained financial records using Tally ERP.
• Handled bank reconciliations, invoice creation, ledger posting, and GST-related entries.
• Assisted auditors with accurate data and document tracking.
• Managed petty cash and basic payroll processing.

• Handled daily accounting operations including voucher entries and bank reconciliations.
