Responsibilities related to Finance Functions:

Handling finance and accounting activities related to Bricks and Mortar, Wholesales and E-commerce business in KSA.
Project Lead construction of Mega DC ware house and new stores.
Year-End Audit and Statutory Compliance:
Ensuring statutory compliance for all group companies in KSA.
Coordinating with external auditors for the issuance of Financial statements.
Treasury Management:
Managing the team and handling all matters related to Treasury (Cash and Bank).
Managing relationships with banks and corresponding with them for Retail Stores and Ecommerce business.
Support for Operations Team:
Supporting the Operations team in preparing feasibility reports and new projects.
Cash Flow Management:
Managing cash flows, collections, payments, and funding processes. Preparing liquidity cash forecasting reports.
Management Reporting:
Responsible for month-end closing in SAP and timely preparation of monthly schedules for Head office reporting. Responsible for management reporting, business analysis, and forecasts.
Responsible for preparing to budget and rolling forecast.
Profitability Analysis:
Evaluating Retail Stores profitability analysis.
Government Payments and Insurance:
Responsible for all government-related payments (GOSI, HRDF), also managing related issues of GOSI and HRDF. Managing staff medical insurance matters and renewals.
Managing Company PAR, Fidelity, Money, and CGL insurance matters and renewals.
Statutory Compliance:
Maintaining all statutory records and preparing all statutory returns filed with ZATCA. Responsible for Zakat filing and issuance of Zakat certificates.
Responsible for VAT filing and payments.
Maintaining all statutory records as per KSA Law compliance.
Responsible for VAT implementation in line with new tax laws in Saudi Arabia.
