- Monitoring and sharing the PM plan to each discipline supervisors and ensuring that the execution is completed as per SABIC standard and procedures.
- Follow-up and supporting the discipline supervisors (Electrical, Mechanical and Instrument) for listing all the requirements to execute the CM backlog notifications.
● Maintenance Responsibility:
- Plan, schedule and supervise PM and CM maintenance activities by SAP system. - Provide an overall plan for the supervisor on which to base his pre-thinking and pre-planning for day-to-day work and future work.
- Up-date SAP asset records to reflect additions, replacements or changes.
- Permit advanced determination of labor resources needed and time required.
- Knowledge regarding work permits system.
- Coordinate daily as well as weekly planning meetings related with maintenance.
- Reading and analyzing the mechanical drawings.
- Spare parts arrangement and preparation.
- Negotiating with vendors and contractors to secure the best prices.
- Structure planned maintenance workshops for development and higher workflow. - Work experience with SABIC safety & quality standards and procedures.
- Site management meetings, briefings and problem-solving suggestions.

- Shutdown Supervisor.
- Maintenance Performance Leader.
