- Develop and implement Information Management processes to ensure compliance with corporate regulations and standards.
- Support to create and maintain a library of technical documents such as Tender Documents, Plans and Procedures, Design Specifications and User Manuals.
- Establishing the required reporting templates for the department and generating the Monthly Progress Report pertaining to the projects.
- Ensure documents are shared on timely matter with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring the security, confidentiality and safety of all information and conduct regular reviews and document audits records and implemented changes to streamline processes.
- Support in developing and implementing policies and procedures.

- Maintain a key role to act as a bridge between the Client, Consultants, and Contractors.
- Ensure documents are free of errors and shared on time.
- Managing database and distribution through Aconex, Microsoft Office and other platforms.
- Supporting sales teams and optimizing the sales process to improve revenue and efficiency.
- Analyzing past sales data and market trends to forecast future sales, which helps in decision- making and planning.
- Preparing sales reports and dashboards to provide insights on sales performance, identify trends, and highlight areas of improvement.
- Assist in developing communication plan between Sales, and other involved departments.
- Answering inquiries and providing information about products and services.
- Resolving customer complaints and addressing concerns.
- Processing orders and returns.
- Execute administrative tasks and operations.
- Scheduling of meetings and appointments.
