• Reinforce BH HSE Policy and Procedures with Contractors specially with drilling.
• Coordinate with local authorities and client for all security issues.
• Responsible for providing EHS support to the Well Engineering team in all HSE activities.
• Responsible for Support, promote, implement and monitor company Health, Safety & Environment Management System (HSE-MS), HSE Policy, procedures and programs to all personnel.
• Communicate with client concerning all HSE Matters.
• Report daily to the Project Manager all activities carried out and planned, anomalies, near misses, incidents and accidents and any unsafe condition or observed behavior that could impact the HSE performance.
• Support civil and drilling department/company man for all issues related to HSE at the rigs.
• Review the safety performance by inspection and acquiring data in order to provide means to improve overall company HSE standards.
• Ensure the rig contractor supply adequate HSE training to personnel operating on site.
• Assure that all safety incidents and accidents are properly reported and investigated, and lessons learned are shared.
• Ensure emergency preparedness on rig site according to company procedures and plans.
• Participate on the preparation and perform the HSE meetings.
• Assist critical operations, such as heavy lifts, pressure testing, wireline operations, rig down and rig up and rig movement operations.
• Carry out safety inspections and control of safety equipment functionality.
• Participate and audit PTWs (Permit to Work).
• Propose and supervise on site HSE compliance campaigns.
• Perform hygiene inspections at the camp and at rig site.
• Verify use and storage of dangerous goods.
• Periodically check on the state of the contractor's firefighting equipment and all signs.
• Ensure strict compliance with the EIA/Waste management plan and procedures.
• Perform environmental inspections and waste disposal and segregation.
• Conduct safety drills and check for compliance with the contingency plans.

• Responsible for implementing HSE Management system for new location (Kuwait, Oman, UAE and Saudi).
• Successfully completed construction for new plant in Jafura KSA from planning to delivery phase.
• Responsible for incident investigation, root causes analysis and reporting.
• Responsible for implementing Safety Management system as per OSHAS 18001 & Environmental Management System (EMS) 14001.
• Responsible for preparation for ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 certifications.
• Responsible for preparation weekly, monthly and yearly HSE statistics for Middle East.
• Generate monthly HSE topic and conduct monthly and yearly meeting with management.
• Prepare and present monthly safety moment and present during client monthly meeting.
• Responsible for monitoring and preventing potential workplace safety hazards through routine inspections and training, accurate and up-to-date documentation of policies, procedures and data and investigations into accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions
• Following-up on work permit systems and inspections.
• Responsible for maintaining general information report, hazard condition & other requirements like equipment needs for first aid and PPE’S
• Conducting investigation of all accidents, incident / near misses / spills / fires to find the root causes and suggesting corrective actions
• Attending the HSE Meetings and providing technical support related to HSE issues with management and customer.
• Looking after the hazard identification, risk analysis, risk assessment and job safety analysis
