- Established the business from scratches with setting up and implementing business strategy.
- Managing and executing the whole business operations including Sales, Procurement, Inventory and Financial activities.

- Worked on manufacturing process improvements projects to eliminate non-value adding time and process rework.
- Process customers’ orders and summarize them into monthly volume report for planning manager.
- Assess planning manager, and supply chain team, handling over their tasks once they are on leave.
- Non-stock procurement.
- Responsible for lean 6S standardization offices area management.
- Achieved: 900 tons extra production capacity from both lean manufacturing projects.

Within bachelor’s summer training program, visited different departments, Supply Chain, Production, Quality Assurance, and Product Development.
