Fully maintenance and manage hospitality of my own building plus I own my private office that I offer the below jobs/tasks:- Technical support and Quoting projects for local and nonlocal clients regarding Schneider, socomec, IME, etc....- Follow quotations to get orders from clients.- Follow orders with my suppliers to improve delivery date, etc
• Provide leadership that develops people and improves business execution by increasing the business planning and account management skills of the Sales officers for company’s brands.
• Works in domain of power dealing with all technical details for MCBs, MCCBs, ACBs, capacitor banks, contactors, starters, prisma P& prisma G enclosures, universal enclosure, pragma, and all type of control and signaling in order to supply factories and especially the panel builders and point of sales.
• Product manager for Schneider, Legrand, IME, Socomec, Erib, etc….
• Experience in working with electrical wholesalers, distributors and point of sales network.
• Negotiating with all suppliers and especially Schneider to get the best discounts that will increase the markup and support our sales department
• Cost analysis is a must in order to reach the targets of our competitors.
• Maintain a stock that is always ready for projects and distributor requirements.
• Selection of items to be stocked, availability in stock, and the cost are my priority.
• Order materials as per the market needs and projects.
• Prepare quotations as per our client requirements.
• Follow the projects with sales department in order to reach the target prices.
• Follow all orders with suppliers to improve the delivery date, etc…..
• Prepare and follow all claims with the suppliers.
• In addition to this, I attend training courses for Schneider to be updated for any new products that can be beneficial for the market.
• Confer with military head department and others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects such as installation and termination of light fittings on GI poles for roads and boundary walls; installation of lighting, power, telephone and SMATV; termination of all DBs in electrical rooms; installation of helipad lighting system and panel boards for 5 military sites in Hayra, Umzommoul, Chweib, Huwailath and Hamra.
• Responsible for all electrical works for Mahawy military project, and project in military head department in Abu Dhabi in addition to the qusaiwera military airbase on the border of UAE
• Design, implement, maintain, and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems
• Operate computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
• Direct and coordinate construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements
• Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish construction, and installation standards and specifications
• Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards
• Plan and implement research methodology and procedures to apply principles of electrical theory to engineering projects
• Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment
• Oversee project production efforts to assure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time and within budget.
• Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and military requirements
• Plan layout of electric power generating plants and distribution lines and stations
• Installed, repaired and maintained equipment for the organization; troubleshot technical problems for equipment and systems to quickly resolve any issues
• Performed routine maintenance to ensure proper and efficient functioning of equipment and systems. Worked involved reading blueprints and product manuals to diagnose problems, then using a variety of tools to make adjustments or repairs

GP was around 3, so that I was choosen from Electrical Engineering faculty to go to KSA for my internship with 'Consolidated Contractors Company (W.L.L.)' in the Khursaniyah Gas Plant Project.
