Acting as Quality Head and take all the decision related to Quality, Cost, and Customer Complaint
▪ Develop and train the team of twenty people in Quality and Technical Services.
▪ Streamline all the test method and procedures.
▪ Lead cross functional quality improvement projects.
▪ Assess the gaps in paint manufacturing process and resolve it with the production team.
▪ Reduce the customer rejections and customer complaints due to defective paint and its application.
▪ Study trend analysis related to Quality benchmark on monthly basis & take proper action for improvement jointly with CFT.
▪ Use of various statistical tools to analyze trends /consistency in quality of incoming & processed goods.
▪ Implement & maintain Quality system in accordance with requirement of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949
▪ Review implementation status of decision taken in Management Review meeting.
Managing nine NABL (ISO/IEC 17025) accredited labs across the country for accurate Chemicals, Fertilizers (DAP, SSP, NPK, Urea), Pesticides and packaging material sample analysis.
▪ Providing proper guidelines to lab personals on Instrumental and volumetric analysis as per FCO/BIS/IS method for Chemical, Fertilizer, PGR, and Pesticide sample analysis.
▪ Circulating timely analysis report to respective stakeholders.
▪ Monitoring Quality Assistants to ensure right packing operation of Imported DAP, MOP and several other specialty fertilizers at major ports (Kandla, Kakinada, Vizag, and Mumbai).
▪ Establishing Quality Systems and defined procedures under applicable cGMP / ISO standards.
▪ Assessing risk of product, process, and packaging material at ports.
▪ Coordinating for timely sample analysis of Imported Bulk Fertilizers.
▪ Strengthening the Quality Control/Assurance process using tools such as SPC, SQC and data analysis.
▪ Reducing operational cost and defects in product & packaging material using six sigma tools.
▪ Leading the Quality team & developed the QA Assistant’s.
▪ Providing training to the field staff about quality assurance system to increase their awareness.
▪ Coordinating with research lab and supplier labs regarding test method validation.
▪ Documenting all the SOP’s as per (QMS) ISO 9001.
▪ Implementation of ISO 9001 at manufacturing sites.
▪ Identifying opportunities to improve the quality management processes, systems, and standards.
▪ Conduct Internal Quality Audit.
▪ Resolving customer complaints related to product & packaging materials using tool like RCA and CAPA within stipulated time.
▪ Approved artwork with respect to dimension and specification of products.
▪ Updated existing packaging material specification and developed specification of new Packs
Performed chemical and physical test of finish goods (Liquid Paints),
▪ Conducted paint application on panels and troubleshooting during paint application.
▪ Coordinated with internal departments for better service level.
▪ Maintained records for QMS, quality manual, work instruction, ISO 9001 & OSHAS.
▪ Coordinated with supply chain and supplier in case of any raw material deviation and taking corrective actions.
▪ Calibrated equipment’s used in the testing as per the frequency.
▪ Coordinated for product cum process audits with production for better process control, monitor reduction in waste generation as per the plant norms.
▪ Handled customer plant audit of our major customers as (HONDA, MARUTI, TOYOTA, HMSI etc).

Salt Spray Chamber, QUV Weatherometer, Chromameter, Humidity Cabinet, Krebs Viscometer, Karl Fischer Apparatus, Flash Point Apparatus, Gas Chromatography, UV Visible Spectrophotometer, Viscometer, Color Computer, Atomic Absorption spectroscopy, Melt Flow Index Tester, Weighing balances.
