Equipments carried with extensive care for smooth operation.
Monitoring the parameters of Cryogenic Distillation column and chiller.
Monitoring and controlling the equipments as per operating parameters regulations.
Taking the solutions for the trouble shooting.
Responsible for make sure about the good and quality of product.
Taking the directions for efficient operation.
Operating the plant as per the safety guidelines.
Responsible for supervising contractors and maintenance personnel.

Work and study of sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, NPK plant and petrochemical plants.
Working and studying of various processes equipments like reactors, exchangers, distillation column, compressors, ammonia gas loading & unloading operation.
In process design unit done the material balance of sulfuric acid plant (100tons/day) and study of FEED.
Monitoring the DCS panel for process parameters and process flow as per the requirement.
In charge of Batch wise operation.
Issue the Order to colour matching department and collect proper result/colour.
Responsible for maintaining the agitators in different colour operation.
Responsible for mixing in raw materials.
Responsible for good and quality of product.
Collect, analyze information on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and submit / make recommendations to Superior for maintaining RECORD.
Presented Paper on “Implementation of IMC in a Level Maintaining System” in the 3 rd annual session of Students Indian Chemical Congress SCHEMCON 2007 in Annamalai University. Served as the chairman for technical committee for the students’ national level seminars, SCHEMCON-2007 and InChES-2008 at Annamalai University. Served as class representative for the academic year 2007 – 2008.
