My job during stay in oleander group of companies is as follows:-
• Working as an assistant accountant concerned with logistic.
• Preparing local purchase order of Carrefour, Spinney’s and also of foreign countries like Qatar, Oman and Bahrain.
• Maintain chart of accounts, inventories items, Purchase and sales invoices.
• Making credit note against returned and exchanged goods.
• Updating the new items prices and also maintaining old price according to situation in Peach tree accounting Software
• Working as a logistic in charge to control the entire inventory issued to Carrefour and shop from warehouse through FIFO method
• Experience in cash counter sale also
• Recording the receipts of customer’s payment and reconciled general ledger accounts with Director of Accounts on monthly basis.

I have joined the Ali Associate Chartered accountant as an junior auditor/ accountant.The duty performed during my job was as follows, recording daily expenses, Analyzing ledger accounts, cash book and bank statement, checking vouchers etc.
