Participate in commissioning activities of Amine sweetening and TEG based dehydration plant
Participated in Plant commissioning & operation SOPs development
Provided on job training to Plant Operation team
Operate Plant in order to ensure optimum plant performance to meet sale gas specifications.
Coordination with E&I & maintenance team to execute maintenance job safely
Good command on following units and equipments for their safe start up, Shut down and Emergency handling
MDEA based H2S unit
MDEA (Methyl Di-Ethanolamine) used to remove Acid gases from Natural Gas
Amine Absorber/Contactor bubble cape tray type to absorb acid gases from Natural Gas
Low pressure Amine flash vessel to flash out the acidic gases.
Amine stripper & Reflux Accumulator
Reboiler for amine regeneration
High pressure centrifugal Amine Booster & Charge pumps with 1000 psig discharge pressure
Hot Oil (Heat medium)
To provide heat in stripper through amine reboiler
Hot Oil for the Amine Regeneration and sour water treatment
TEG based Gas Dehydration unit
TEG Absorber/contactor for moisture removal from natural gas
TEG Reboiler for glycol regeneration
