• Managing and maintaining Zain IP Backbone/ISP network spread nationwide.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting day to day issues related to Zain ISP network.

Performing LLD designing, IP addressing, Vlan Implementation & Inter Vlan routing and other configuration tasks.
Performing IOS upgradation as per customer needs and installing new modules in live network.
Optimizing network using Net flow, Telnet, TFTP, Solar Winds and other similar tools.
Carry out preventative maintenance of various type of network devices and taking logs for updating network design.
Performing recovery operations like Password recovery and IOS installation/upgradation.
Studying, Analysing LLD and giving feedback for more efficient implementation of network.
Arranging contractor on urgent basis if there is any major issue in network on passive side.
Keeping inform to higher management regarding any on going issue and reporting after the issue is resolved.
Coordinate with the customer and taking in confidence during any critical or Major Outage.
Configuration of Routers & Switches at different remote sites remote clients.
Responsible for troubleshooting, support, and network resolution for managed networks.
Monitor alarms and raise fault tickets, carry out initial diagnosis, passing to 2nd and 3rd tier engineers where necessary.
Monitor alarms and performance information on the 24x7 basis.
Taking follow up of opened TT’s and to acknowledge higher management for incident faults recovery.
Creating & Resolving Trouble Tickets regarding hardware or software alarms in the network.
Managing technical escalation to ensure faults is rectified within agreed SLAs.
Installation and upgradation of Network Monitoring & Performance management clients.
Assist the operation team in process improvement and ongoing development of tools and system.
Coordination with optimization engineers for various optimization activities.
Manage calls to achieve SLA's, ensure that customer feedback during the incident is appropriate.
Perform Escalation and Notification to keep management and other business units informed during system outages.
Desktop related issues involving Software & Hardware installation, configuring, troubleshooting.
Responsible for carrying out local administration of the servers and network equipment.
Managing email, anti-spam and virus protection.
Installing, supporting and maintaining new hardware and software infrastructure.
Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords.
Troubleshooting problems with computer system, including hardware and software, e-mail, network and peripheral equipment problems.
Carry out preventative maintenance of various types of computers, printers and other data communication equipment.
