Responsibilities:
• Managing the Team of 6 solution experts (Karachi / Lahore / Islamabad)
• Company Strategy and Planning
• Define, update and implement GroupM Pakistan IT strategies
• Implementation of Change Management Process, optimising current IT solutions whilst promoting innovative solutions to operational challenges
• Applying a structured methodology and lead change management activities. Prepare and implement project plans to achieve the desired outcomes.
• Develop effective partnership working within the Association and with other stakeholders.
• Procure, negotiate, manage, and monitor of contracts for IT/Application services provided by third parties ensuring effective service delivery.
• Manage the IT budgets and achieving Value for Money

• Responsible for implementing Business Continuity Plans

Working with the Business Partners to create robust project definitions and proposals that align to WPP requirements to be submitted Op Group and CoreTech prioritization governance
•Collaborate with Operating Group to ensure business specific input to both the Operating Groups and WPPs technology projects and programs
•Engaging with the Client Solution, CoreTech AD and Service Delivery teams
•Change Management assessment, planning and communication
•Set up and manage project teams in the business, facilitate testing signoff by users, and transitioning into on-going service; project closure.
•Manage project scope and change control and escalate issues as necessary
•Plan and monitor the project progress; agree and align plans with the Core Tech team and submit regular reports indicating any deviations from plan at either stage or project level and any corrective action taken

•Accountable to lead the team in multiple project delivery for new solution development as well as application support.
•Managing projects from project initiation until completion, including planning, scheduling, estimation and coordination with all stakeholders.
•Responsible for interaction with end users and other relevant parties to identify quantify and document business requirements.
•Involved in study & review of project/business process on media planning, purchasing and analysis, facilitating required enhancement.
•Providing application support involving analysis of cause of all problems and provide a solution to resolve the same.
•Engaged in update of project management documents and resolution of all issues.
•Performing team administration routine as well as team development & people management activities.

Reported to the VP - IT and led 2 resources to develop strategic programs for early adoption of High Definition accounting and magazines using different effective software.
•Engaged in planning and implementation of intra-departmental testing procedures to move product builds through internal content review.
•Responsible for study and analysis of business requirement, functional specification, solution design, development and testing.
•Involved further in support of legacy applications as well as other software and website, including the organizational portal.
•Providing training and presentations to the Management on technology updates on new accounting software and website.
•Supporting the organization portal with updates as well as on Web Marketing on different web sites (Affiliated Marketing).
