Second project is at SWCC Yanbu, IP/LP Piping Works inside HRSG.

Descon uses Estimation software WINBID for Estimation of Proposals
It has two back up banks named as Data Bank for storing the updated prices of the items used in the project and Rule bank which has updated rules depending upon the Cost Centres assigned.
Calculate the Daily Consumption lists at Site like Disposal, Water, Electricity, POL etc.
Checking the available resources available with Business area for the execution etc.

Monitoring of overall Production and Maintenance activities.
Project Coordination during initiation phase of project with client as well with company higher management.
During Planning phase review of contract draft and bid documents for defining scope baseline, Identification of key points in SOW (Scope of Work) for developing WBS structure, Clarifications of ambiguous points in contract draft for clear scope definition
To define scope of work, supervise and direct the Planners for the issuance of the Execution schedules for the Execution Teams.
Assisting Project Management team while developing overall organizational structure with respect to organizational culture & style.
To prepare and issue weekly planning schedule providing relevant information ensuring adherence to system standards.
Preparation of KOM (Kick Off Meetings), development of Sponsors’ meeting presentations to reflect actual status of project to sponsors after every 3 months throughout the life cycle of project.
To organize and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within the planning section is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy.
Development of Requirements Management plan based on SOW, stakeholders’ expectations and project budget.
Development of Cost performance baseline for Equipment and manpower to reflect detailed estimation of costs.
Involved in Level 4 Plan of Piping, Painting, Insulation, Fire proofing & Pre commissioning.
Involved in team for Test Packages Preparation, meetings with client to finalize Testing limits.
Also worked as Field Engineer Piping at IGD V, developing Fabrication Drawings using Smartplant Spoolgen.
To co-ordinate with Client and Warehouse for Material Handling.
Making Invoices for Client, and co-ordinate with client, Contracts Engineer and Area Planners for Progress check.
