• Conduct detailed inspection and verification of substation equipment, including MV/LV
switchgear, transformers, circuit breakers, control panels, and construction-stage cable work such
as power, control, and instrumentation cables.

resistance testing, continuity testing, and verification of cable routing, glanding, termination, and
tagging in accordance with approved drawings.
• Test and calibrate instrumentation systems, including PTs, CTs, pressure, temperature, and flow
transmitters, ensuring correct cable connections, shielding, grounding, and signal integrity during
construction and pre-commissioning phases.
• Review and interpret SLDs, wiring diagrams, installation drawings, and instrument datasheets to
ensure correct installation and system integration.
• Supervise installation of wiring, cabling, duct banks, conduits, and cable trays in compliance with
project specifications, approved method statements, and quality standards.
• Conduct circuit breaker, relay, and protection system testing, including interlocks, logic
verification, and coordination studies.
• Ensure strict compliance with IEC, NEC, and Saudi Aramco standards, as well as project
specifications and client requirements.
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate inspection documentation, including ITPs, RFIs, MIRs,
NCRs, test reports, and as-built records.
