Working as Product Introduction Manager for projects in R151 project in Singapore. The Bombardier MOVIA R151 Train is an electric multiple unit (EMU) train procured by Singapore’s Land Transport Authority (LTA) to serve on the North South Line & East West Line. A total of 106 trains are ordered under Contract R151.
Managing and controlling all PI-related activities in the project to deliver on requirement, budget and schedule including control of the As-Maintained Baseline during warranty periods until handover to the customer or Services.

•Providing leadership, direction and managing of activities in the following areas: maintenance, inspection, cleaning and repair of passenger vehicle and related equipment.
•Maintaining oversight of Preventive/Predictive Maintenance and condition based Maintenance (CBM) procedures by developing engineering type solutions to repetitive failures and other maintenance related problems.
•Evaluating, developing, and managing preventive, corrective and overhaul programs for all passenger vehicles as well as work and support equipment. Providing recommendations to Engineering Department and assisting in the development of corrective actions to increase efficiency and effectiveness of Rolling Stock.
•Ensuring that responsible personnel are trained in the Preventive/Predictive Maintenance Program and effective implementation of contingency plans in the event of an emergency.
•Analyzing fault histories to identify specific repetitive failures, and create a plan to address these failures.
•Managing the resources assigned to the Office in order to optimize utilization of all resources, including personnel and non-personnel.
•Identifying training needs for all personnel within car maintenance and coordinates the implementation of effective training programs for all functions within the Office.
•Maintaining a required level of technical knowledge to oversee and contribute to the resolution of complex problems with system, materials and identifying alternative solution as well. Coordinating with other system supervisor’s in solving a complex and repetitive failures. Liaised and supervised relevant sub-supplier’s staff.

•Worked as a Rolling Stock Engineer for selection of HVAC, Main Air Compressors & Intercar Gangways for the Rolling Stock Refurbishment projects, including C651 project & the C151 project.
•Worked as a part of the Team for Tender Documents Preparation & Technical Evaluation of Tenders (both C651 & C151 project), including Rolling Stock Interiors, VAC, APS, Air Compressors, & Intercar Gangways.

•Worked as a Key user/Manager for “MAXIMO”, an “Enterprise Asset Management” Software from IBM for use as a Maintenance Management Tool in Bombardier Transportation.
