• Developing and monitoring the operational works
• Taking corrective & preventive actions to rectify variances

• Using relevant quality tools and making sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business.

• Making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards.
• Looking at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Responsible to control monthly rejection/ rework/ scrap report.
• Fulfilling all the requirements of ISO system.

• Analyzing complaints, & solve quality-related problems as they appear.

• Perform final inspection of radiator, silencer and sheet metal parts as per inspection standards.
• Perform in process inspection of radiator & silencers.
• Worked on SQAM (Supplier Quality Assurance Manual)
• Worked on PFC, PLC, MQC and PFMEA)
• Responsible to solve customer complaints of related areas.
• Responsible to control rework and scrap of related area.
• To raise NCR for defective items and their follow-up.
• Maintain monthly rejection/ rework/ scrap report.
• Documenting ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System.
• Fulfilling all the requirements of ISO system.
• Maintain good house keeping and must ensure 5S.
• Member of ISO Team.
