• Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems.
• Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors.
• Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities.
• Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support.
• Confer with customers via chat to provide information about products and services, to take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or to obtain details of complaints.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
• Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
• Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records, and issue service discontinuance orders, using computers.
• Recommend improvements in products, packaging, shipping, service, or billing methods and procedures to prevent future problems.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
• Communicate fluently in English, Hindi and Malayalam.
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Able to communicate with customers efficiently and in Professional manner
• Able to understand and resolve customer complaints and requests efficiently
• Knowledge of MS Office, Photoshop and 3ds Max.
• Familiar with Windows Operating Systems (XP, Vista, 7, 8)
• Able to remain calm and perform any actions required during crisis.
• Team facilitator
• Excellent driving skills with knowledge of UAE roads.
