• Responsible for Managing overall Technical support to all Technical groups Electrical, Mechanical and Civil.
• Responsible to conduct building Operations and maintenance as per SOP’s.

• Supervision of H/T and L/T cable lying to connect different blocks of Gulberg Green.
• Executed construction of 11-KV Ducts and Installation of 220KVA Transformer at Gulberg Residencia Islamabad.
• Supervise the Lightening Plan of Gulberg Green underpass on express highway Islamabad and installation of 63 KVA transformers as per IESCO standards.
• Had fair command over underground Electrical Systems.
• Ensured that the ongoing engineering projects are aligned with the specifications as per given timelines.
• Provide administrative/technical support to the respective maintenance teams.
• Independently perform regular building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, painting, light masonry, flat roofs and light welding.
• Developed and maintained new organizational process for regular resurfacing of building floors.
• Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in expenditures and work within the budget.

• Handling the Electrical Installation work as an Electrical Engineer having experience in MEP Construction Field in high rise Building.
• Coordinate commissioning activities for Main Distribution Boards (MDB), Sub-Main Distribution Boards (SMDB), and Distribution Boards (DB), lighting, generators and elevator with accordance to the method of statements.
• Well Understanding of Quality, ISO Certification & Specifications.
• Responsible for execution of these projects by coordinating/managing design, engineering, procurement, construction, project scheduling, monitoring, cost estimating, and commissioning activities.
• Well conversant with various QC procedures on site executions for enhancing the operational efficiency.
• Exemplary relationship management, communication skills with the ability to network with project members, consultants, contractors, and statutory agencies with consummate ease.

• Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site.
• Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
• Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the electrical work groups at site.
• Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and civil groups.
• Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
