• Preparing Work completion tracker and updating to Manager.
• Reviewing Shop drawings and ensuring it is as per standards.
• Issuing the Shop Drawings to Charge hand/Foreman In charge.
• Checking at site that the work is done as per shop drawings and standards.
• Arranging all the materials required to carry out the Installation work.
• Preparing enquiries of the mechanical material required at site and sending it to suppliers.
• Following up for the Quotations from Suppliers.
• Preparing Comparison statements from the quotations sent by the suppliers.
• Reviewing and comparing prices and Technical details of all the suppliers.
• Negotiating with suppliers and finalizing the Supplier.
• Preparing LPOs and forwarding it to Suppliers.
• Following up for the delivery of material.
• Coordinating with site team for the material required at site.
• Receiving MPRs from the site team, reviewing the requirement and finalizing the order.
• Reviewing the complete technical enquiry detail received from site.
• Coordinating with the suppliers for their queries and giving them the required detail for quotation.
• Reviewing the shop Drawings of mechanical system, project specifications and QCS.
• Co coordinating with client, consultant & contractors and fulfilling their requirements.
• Preparing BOQs of material for the project.
• Preparing Material Submittals for the client/consultant approval.
• Following up for the project completion and updating status to Manager.
Projects involved in:
1. Lusail Iconic Stadium ( From initiation till handover )
2. Ras Abou Abud Stadium
3. Qatar Academy .
Responsibilities
* Preparing Material take off.
* Preparing BOQs for the entire HVAC system.
* Estimating the cost for the prepared BOQs and making Quotations.
* Preparing the Submittals.
* Site inspection after the installation of the Fire rated ductwork as per standards.
* Preparing Site inspection report.
* Making NCRs in the inspection report if the installation is not as per standards.
* Studying the drawings, Data sheets and Specifications of HVAC system for selection of Sound Attenuators.
* Selection of Sound Attenuators.
* Coordinating with MEP Contactors, Main Contractors & Consultants if any technical clarification is
required.
* Coordinating with MEP contractors for the Price Negotiation and delivery time Confirmation.
* Preparation of production sheets and coorinating with production team
* Coordinating with Supervisors and foremen in the workshop to make sure delivery is on time.
* Payments follow up with the clients.

* Doha Festival City.
* Mshereib Downtown Doha.
* Sheraton Car Park.
* Viva Bahriya Towers.
* Mall of Qatar.
