Working as a Quality control inspector to ensure the quality and food safety of the products to support the companies growth and helps to upgrade the food safety system certifications for the continual improvement for the business

Ensuring Quality Assurance of the product from the recieving to finished products.
participating a role in supplier selections.
raw and packing material delivery inspections.
Doing food safety / food defence programmes.
Updating and implementation of documentation works.
participating role in implementation of HACCP programme.
Standardisation of product quality and operations during installations .
Training giving to staffs about food safety/machine safety/ environmental safety and general safety.
Monitoring of GMP, GHK Practices.
Supervising of other cleaning and sanitation works.
Conducting microbiological analysis.
Doing swabbing, observations, employees behaviours, practices, other things to ensure the effectiveness of cleaning and training.
Cordinating and checking of Glass hazard checklists and chemical control programes.
Approval of artworks and analysis of raw and packing materials.
doing thermal stability test analysis for the beverages.
Biochemical analysis of the packaged drinking water. ( micro, anionic and cationic salts ).
online QA Of the production process and product quality.
monitoring of personal hygiene and oprational controls.
validation &verification of HACCP plans.

Ensuring the Food safety of the product from the raw material to the consumer, Monitoring of hygiene and GMP, Training giving to employees about GMP, GHK, HACCP, GLP etc, Quality Assurance of the product, documentation based on the Country local standards

RMPM Analyst, Quality assurance/control of the products, food safety auditing, GMP AND HACCP Monitoring, Doing AIB internal Audits, Training given to the associates and labors etc
