Job responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of project from inception, execution, commissioning and handover. Lead projects throughout the
project life cycle and effectively interact with multiple stakeholders (Authority, development, commercial, consultant,
cost consultant, lead contractor, sub-contractors, suppliers, operations, and villa owners).
* To ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
* Create and maintain a consolidated list of concerns and risks and review them with on a recurring basis to help drive
to closure. Escalate items to higher management as appropriate.
* Review of tender packages, important shop drawings, material submittals against contract deliverables and project
specifications.
* Ensures lessons learned are shared with project team and are implemented. Work with the team to improve the
design, reduce costs through value engineering.
* Effectively coordinate and control all the correspondence related to project deliverables, variation claims, change
management, EOT etc. on case-to-case basis and respond accordingly.
* Regular sites walk with contractors, consultant. and higher management. to ensure work is aligned as per requirement.
* Ensure all PC and PS items are nominated well in advance.
* Chairing coordination and progress meeting with all the stakeholders. Project performance reviews in terms of
timeliness, quality, and adherence to scope of work and company’s project standards.
* Ensure that all Authority approvals and NOCs are obtained in time.
* Ensure project requirements, specifications and standards of building performance, quality, cost schedules and safety
are maintained. Review, advice and resolve critical technical issues.
Achievement-
* Delivered 6 town house community having in total +2700 villas within budget and on time.
* Projects delivered worth around AED 1.8 billion
* Received Nshama outstanding performance award.

Job responsibilities:
* Project management of turn-key industrial projects. Oversee all stages of the project from concept feasibility, design
coordination and approval process of the project ensuring all stakeholders’ views are coordinated.
* Complete management of internal client, consultant, contractor, and sub contractor’s coordination
* Manage and supervise the construction works maintaining the progress against the approved project baseline to
achieve its objective in line with the scope of work.
* Review and approval of tender packages, pre-qualification of the contractors, bidding documents, and construction
contract; and prepare recommendations for internal approval.
* Supervise construction sites and make sure standards of building performance, quality, cost schedules and safety are
maintained. Review, advice and resolve critical technical issues.
* Apart from overall project control, monitor project costs and time and make recommendations and bring value
engineering to the project.
* Ensure that projects are carried out in compliance with Almarai’s health and safety policies and procedures
* Regular site visit in other Gulf nation’s including-Qatar and Oman to monitor progress, quality checks, health and
safety standards, baseline compliance, and problem solving.
* Prepare weekly report for the management and final site close out report, which include summary of problems,
solutions, and recommendations for future improvements.
* Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.

Job responsibilities:
* Responsible for coordination between consultant, project engineers and subcontractor for proper execution of work
and its approval. Reporting to the Project manager.
* Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan.
* Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary.
* Review and approval of the sub-contractor’s shop drawings, material approvals and method statement.
