Maintaining sales of Computer Hardware which includes Router, Switches, Personal Computers, Laptops and Licensed software to our clients. Managing equipment installation into clients side and managing support activities. Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales. Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future buying trends. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails. Visiting potential customers for new business. Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with clients. Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions. Liaising with suppliers to check on the progress of existing orders. Checking availabilities of goods in stock. Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales manager. Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to achieve targets
Reports to the Account Manager, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis. Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Account Manager of any problems that may arise. Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team. Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations. Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client. Managing day to day account management activities. Client communication via Phone/Email /Fax.
• Business Analysis involves meeting with managers/colleagues to understand the process requirements, preparing documents for proof of concept.
• Monitoring & Control involves continuous effort to handle customers and provide them full customer care.
• Process Documentation involves writing documents of different phases of banking process.
• Co-ordination with other teams involves responsibility to co-ordinate with other teams to make sure that all process met with full satisfaction.
• Customer Support involves dealing with customer on front desk and provides them full customer satisfaction.
