 Develop & implement an Asset life cycle management strategy for the equipment division as to meet organizational plans within permissible budget and timeline.
 Review Asset plans periodically and ensure that the current and future projects requirement and accounted.
 Monitor utilization of assets periodically and take necessary action to correct it, as and when necessary.
 Monitor cost effectiveness of all equipment operations following consultation with subordinates, analyze information and recommendation/ approve change to achieve increased performance.
 Responsible for the maintenance and operation all type of construction equipment and their distribution according to the site requirement at projects.
 Performing all the repair of the equipment and purchasing all the required spare parts from local and international supplier to minimize the breakdown time of the equipment.
 Testing and providing all driver and operator for all type of equipment. Also perform training program for all the driver, operator and technician.
 Operation and maintenance of concrete pumping equipment.
