Solving daily critical situations effectively. Guaranteeing the accurate execution of consultants' requests. Monitoring and overseeing consultants' payments and customer invoicing. Supporting the operations team in emergency management and collaboration with other departments. Coordinating and fostering positive relationships with other departments. Formulating and negotiating commercial proposals. Managing local partner relationships and ensuring compliant on boarding as per territorial regulations. Providing assistance in regular operational tasks and addressing unforeseen challenges. Cultivating trust-based relationships with existing consultants through attentive communication. Preemptively identifying and resolving employee-related crises. Analysis and management of margin enhancements. Conducting data analysis (KPI/ P&L). Being the initial point of contact for payroll and administrative inquiries. Handling all aspects of client invoicing to ensure accurate billing Overseeing Payroll Input to guarantee timely and precise processing of payroll transactions. Interacting with senior management and managing pivot tables for upcoming accounts. Generating custom management reports to meet intricate customer requirements. Initiating proposals for continuous enhancements. Ensuring internal reporting of achievement of objectives.
