- Assist in the administrative tasks and needed reports of the engineering department and coordinate between departments & engineering work including ordering, adding, monitoring required hardware & services with related departments (Sales - store - finance - purchasing).
1. Prepare proposals showing Financial & technical solutions for hardware and services offered to corporate customers - keep a record of prepared proposals.
2. Maintain a record of Cisco hardware level and follow up with store and purchasing for items to be ordered.
3. Assist in Preparing cost sheet to order from Cisco including the final list of hardware required.
4. Follow up on sales requirements of unavailable hardware in store to be added in the cost sheet.
5. Monitor adding item process and coordinate between purchasing, finance and corporate sales to assure adding items under the right item name and cost
6. Assuring no replications of adding items by checking the key systems ERP & Siebel before any items addition and after new deals.
7. Prepare authorization for expenses form and track the submission process until it reaches purchasing.
8. Prepare any internal memos, forms and documents required by the engineering department.
9. Keep track of the tenders sent by the sales team and prepare reports about the due dates and meetings of tenders alarms.
10. Add engineering move orders to system.
11. Follow up on corporate sales communications and inquiries from the engineering department.
plan, organize and administer all Quality Assurance (QA) documentation, in all activities relating to the departmental Quality Management System and coordinate with all functional units on matters related to Quality.
1. Analyze and review documentation on department procedures and work instructions in the designated teams and ensure all current versions are available to ensure compliance with the requirements of the standard.
2. Conduct process compliance audits as per the required standard in designated teams to ensure the requirements have been met and identify areas of non-compliance by raising non-conformity reports and corresponding corrective action reports. This also includes ensuring implementation of the corrective action as per the agreed time frames and following these up as appropriate.
3. Compile audit reports and submit them in time to the immediate supervisor, with recommendation for suitable corrective action including regular follow-up to ensure corrective action is taken in time.
4. Conduct process reviews to monitor regularly the existing procedures, study old procedures and suggest improvements, identify system related bottle necks and improve efficiency where possible.

Carry out subject recruitment and follow up enrolled participants at designated clinics or homes. Conduct interviews with enrolled subjects and manage study events including filling out enrolment forms, questionnaires, and bio-sample forms using the REDCap data capture system. Schedule follow-up appointments with participants. Collect bio-samples from participants at scheduled appointments.

oConduct subject recruitment at designated clinic ensuring that study materials are delivered, study events are thoroughly explained to prospective participants, and consent form is administered
oObtain consent of wife and husband for subjects who agree to enroll
oFollow up enrolled participants through scheduled appointments at designated clinic or home
oUsing REDCap, manage study events and data capture for each enrolled participant including
-filling out forms.
oConduct data collection calls and interviews with enrolled subjects
oIf a registered nurse, draw venous blood samples from participants as necessary upon clinic authorization
oSubmit bio-samples collected to interviewer coordinator, providing all necessary information related to the sample(s) collected
oSchedule follow-up calls for callers as necessary
oCommunicate with callers for appointments taken with participants
oMonitor designated measuring equipment and keep record of individual supplies used
oOffer approved incentives to each subject at appropriate times during the course of the study
oMaintain a record of documents received by participants including consent forms/questionnaires and study events completed
oCommunicate inquiries/concerns relating to data collection, REDCap connectivity, or bio-sample collection to the interviewer coordinator
