- Cloud Migration and Cloud Managed services (SaaS, MaaS, PaaS),
- Analytics and Augmented Reality solutions and services,
- Artificial Intelligence Systems for Networking and Network Security,
- Data Science and Big Data solutions: data management and data warehousing,
- Digital Migration and Digital Transformation services,
Responsibilities (Business Development, S&M, Leadership):
- Developing the market in product line, systems, and solutions (Electric, Water, Gas),
- Managing presales and bidding, award execution and aftersales, Customer Success, market intelligence,
- Implementing short- and long-term Business forecasts and Go-to-Market plans,
- Managing Product/Solution positioning: stability, predictability, and upgrades,
- Ensuring product line alignment: Availability and Support, Competitiveness, Profitability,
- Handling Business risk assessments and analyses,
- Co-managing roadmaps and timelines (products and systems) with PDM, R&D, PMO, and Delivery,
Responsibilities (Short Term Assignment):
- Restructuring the Business: Sales, Technical, Solution Delivery, Branches,
- Restructuring the portfolio: Energy Efficiency, Substation Monitoring, Power Quality, MV Cable Protection,
- Regional expansion: new markets and opportunities, increasing revenue, increasing profitability,
- Complex sales: end to end solutions, Systems & Services, multifuel projects,
Responsibilities:
- Enable Customer business outcomes and achieve Customer satisfaction through successful deployment of the right
products, solutions, and technological practices,
- Lead and manage the regional multifunction team (technical & sales, PMO & solution delivery, finance & admin),
- Enforce Team ownership, engagement, and accountability,
- Promote corporate culture and tenets: Predictability, Agility, Customer Satisfaction, and Continuous Learning,
- Prepare and manage business strategy and growth plans; assess and manage business risks,
- Manage the company’s metering company and factory in Saudi Arabia (Feb 2002 to March 2018),
- Prepare and manage yearly budgets and forecasts, yearly and long term,
- Manage financial statements and accounting books (internal and outside audits),
- Implement end-to-end solutions from design and planning to Go Live: endpoints & measurement, communication
technology & connectivity, e2e security, data processing & warehousing, outcomes & analytics,
- Manage and assure Business continuity: delivery, revenue collection,
- Manage ecosystem of partners (EPCs, consultants, regulators, telcos, technology providers, independent bodies)
Responsibilities:
- Focus as a regional NGO/NPO and forum on developing Clean Energy business in MENA, private and public sectors,
- Promote benefits of Clean Energy on community and Industry,
- Work with governments and regulatory stakeholders on developing Clean Energy policy and legislation,
- Enforce strategic international alliances (UNDP, EU-GCC, IsDB, Masdar, RSB, KA-CARE, SAGIA, others),
- Work with Media to promote and structure Clean Energy influences and drivers, and to enable program delivery,
- Work with Knowledge organizations (schools, institutions, ministries) to introduce Clean Energy notion and culture,
- Support industries and businesses to meet its low carbon targets and sustainability goals,
Main Programs:
- Green Energy solutions (Solar, CSP, Wind, Geothermal, others),
- Energy Efficiency Workgroup (Industry, Finance, Regulatory, and Communication),
- Climate Finance Workgroup,
- Clean Energy Policy Workgroup,
- ESCo programs (promote and enable),
- Schools Clean Energy Ambassador program,
- Local Society of Electric Vehicle Users,
