Responsibilities:
• Gathering customer’s business requirements in the area of EAI, SOA, ESB, and BPM and translating them into IT solutions using various IBM products and tools
• Translating customer requirements into IT systems using various technologies and IBM best practices.
• Tuning and upgrading customer applications for better performance and better scalability
• Satisfying the customers with on-site and off-site support.
• Providing technical site visits to guide and advice customers with better usability of technology in the area of EAI.
My responsibilities were to guide, design, implement, and operate and support the services that are built on the ESB to support governmental institutions with their business continuity initiatives. The services were built and deployed across Websphere DataPower XI50, Websphere MQ Series V6.0, Websphere Message Broker Runtime V6.1, Websphere Enterprise Service Bus V6.1, Websphere Application Server V6.1. Using Websphere Message Broker Toolkit, Websphere Integration Developer V6.1, and DB2 Databases V9.5.
