, IN this last assignment from 2009 onwards, ALSO I was involved I all aspects of cranes operation their safety and usage of the LMI Safety systems(Load moment indication) and their proper applications for various load handling conditions. Sourcing of various spares particularly thru INTERNATIONAL SUPPLIERS (thru INTERNET)as well store organization and optimized list of parts that are stored for increasing machine availablity were as usual part of responsibility as well as
Proper equipment filing and follow up of relevant HISTORY FILES for each machine
-AS for equipment preventive maint. Site repairs and Major repairs: these activities were split and taken care of by 3 separate crews under my direct control, all of which included the maint. Programs advised by suppliers as well as repair procedures as obtained from SERVICE MANUALS, and proper tooling as diagnostic tools were used as needed (e.g ET electronic technician as applied to CAT Equipment, …)
