Management & Administration:
Achieved in 2015 to integrate the British Council new registration software (Pepi) and was a member of the global team developing new digital learning experience for students and teaching methods.
Created a pre-placement test interview pack for disabled student to accommodate and create learning opportunities for candidates between the ages of 7 years old and 18 years old and above.
Founded and created a learning roadmap for high school students to prepare and meet universities admission requirements and criteria. This stage in the customer journey was adapted by the HQ to implement globally in an ongoing teaching excellence project.
Checked & approved session setups on British Council registration systems and ensuring that the registration systems and databases, CAMPUS (on SAP), are maintained and upgraded when necessary and that all student information, contact details and other data including that input by teaching staff are entered in a timely and accurate fashion .
Liaised with Senior Teachers to create sessions timetable through session by session data analysis sheet that I inducted to ensure maxim efficiency.
Liaised with Senior Management or Senior Teacher staff to manage opening, closing and moving of classes and the transfer of student (if any), and ensured that customers and staff are informed.
Created statistical information on customer body (including re-registration and drop-outs) and overseeing the preparation of regular analyses of competitor activity.
Created and conducted an intercultural course to brief new staff members who don’t have experience working with students and staff from the Middle East.

In the past 7 years the in-house operations have expanded from 600 students to 1580 students every session, and I grew my team from 3 team members to 9 team members to continue the success.

Marketing:
Increased quarter four’s surplus from $65K 2011 to $87K in 2013 by developing and launching integrated, multi-channel print, web and direct marketing campaigns that propelled registration
Shoot up period eleven’s surplus by $438K and re-registration by 26% in 3 weeks, achieving a new registration target record. By recruiting and managing a local telemarketing team, the project was successful and was requested to promote for British Council, UAE.
Managed the Teaching Centre designs and content promotional plans to the specific targeted audience including marketing materials, events and ensuring that the information they contain are accurate. Liaised with Regional Marketing and Communication team to create the Teaching Centre marketing campaign for academic years and printed media plans.
My accuracy to details helped me to be the country’s branding team leader.
Analysed the market and internal data, registration numbers, teaching quality…etc to identify any errors that needed quality improvement and to identify new or different marketing mediums and its efficiency.
Managed the creative team including external vendors such as design agency, public relations agency and event companies.

Finance :
Prepared the Teaching Centre budgets and targets for every fiscal year; in 2012 I was nominated to audit Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman’s budget plans and targets.
Created the teaching centre income reconciliation system and error analysis system which is has be adopted by some of the MENA with similar operations.
Accountable for student’s account, generating student’s credit and processing refunds on SAP.
Accountable for corporate (companies sponsoring students) contracts, accounts, generating credits and invoices on FABS (SAP).
Ensured the accuracy of income and / or expenditure reports generated by FABS (on SAP) and reported against targets.
Prepared monthly accruals report for Teaching Centre income and expenditure, and liaised with financial team.
