• Service and repair of production related electrical equipment including knowledge of lighting systems, machine and line control devices, fluid control and distribution, electronic controls and instrumentation, variable frequency drives, and basic PLC knowledge/ interpretation capabilities. Ability to demonstrate safe practices and tools for while working with low voltage and medium voltage electrical systems and components
• Service and repair of production related equipment including extensive knowledge in the principles and practical application of pneumatics, hydraulics, chain/belt drives, bushings/bearings, gearboxes, pumps, valves, fasteners, Mechanical seals, gaskets, stainless steel Pipe fabrication and Welding
• Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components of production related equipment including but not limited to
Ingredient Handling & Preparation, sugar dissolving Plant, dumping stations. Blending station, Processing KF Engineering Plant and Gea Processing Plant, APV (SPX) Milk Plant, CIP plant, Water (ICE Reverse Osmoses) RO Plant.
• Liquid Process - Continuous in-line dosing, vacuum mixers, UHT plant, Milk Silo, Aseptic tank, Juice Mixing Tanks etc.
• PET handling, Injection molding machines, Blow molders, bottle silos, and high speed aseptic fillers (SIG Combibloc), chemical dosing Pumps and water sterilization skids.
• SIG (Combibloc) filling machine and all downstream machine, like straw applicator (Gyesell) Multipack machine, tray packer and handle applicator machine.
• Packaging Labelers, Conveyor systems and Storage systems, Product transport systems.
• Preventive Maintenance - Responsible for executing planned work schedule as assigned and creating follow up notifications/improvements in system to ensure cost effective and reliable equipment performance.
• Installs, monitors performance and maintains various HVAC, and kitchen related equipment (e.g. Chillers, freezer, Air handling units, fan coil units, refrigeration systems, split AC units, packaging units, Rotary oven, deck oven, tortilla machine, dough mixer, dough making, stoves, burners, microwave oven, cake and pastry equipment’s, multivac packing machine etc.) for hazards, adjustments or replacement.
• completion of all assigned work in a timely manner following standards and best practices.
• Creative problem solving skills to perform equipment improvements and enhancements to optimize production with positive contribution to all key deliverables of safety, quality, and cost.
• Spare Parts Creation, purchasing and maintaining Minimum stock and reorder quantity according to consumption during preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
• Preparing and receiving Maintenance request form, check list, analysis reports for ISO Purposes.
• Capability to follow work standards and full adherence to all safety permitting.
