 Responsible in developing proposals according to Plot Land Use, allowed height, parking, setbacks and other conditions.

 Responsible in creating architectural drawings according to the rules and regulations of Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defense, Trakhees and other related authorities for client and authority approval.

 Coordinate drawings with Structural and Mechanical Department.

 Visit construction sites to collect measurements and dimensions as needed.

 Create Miniature house models use with Foam board for the client presentation.

 Doing Actual site survey and preparation of As-built drawings.

 Daily updating MY EASY ISO in ISO 9001.

 Review and check drawings. Provide comments when necessary.

 Advice and solving troubles and difficulties during construction stage.

 Coordinate with project managers to discuss design direction, schedule & priorities, technical & design issues, upcoming meetings & presentations.

 Perform other duties as assigned

 Drafting and Designing Civil Architectural, Structural, Interior and Landscaping.
 Organizes and maintains drawing files (paper and electronic) in proper order and condition for future retrieval and use.
 Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction.
 Doing Actual site survey and preparation of As-built drawings.
 Maintain drawing files and records throughout the duration of contracts.
 Keeps records and documents for projects handled.
 Preparation of drawings (soft and hard copy), drawing lists and drawing transmittals
 Providing support in preparation of Tender Documents.
 Review and check shop drawings. Provide comments when necessary.
 Construction site visits and assessments when requested.
 Advice and solving troubles and difficulties during construction stage.
 Working on general arrangement drawings & detailed designs using AutoCAD.
