- Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff :
Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Recruits, interviews, tests and selects employees to fill vacant positions
- Monitor staff performance and attendance activities for 560 employees .
Main Activities:
Monitor daily attendance.
Investigate and understand causes for staff absences.
Recommend solutions to resolve chronic attendance difficulties.
Monitor scheduled absences such as holidays or travel and coordinate actions to
ensure the staff absence has been adequately covered off to ensure continuity of
services.
Receive approved requests for annual, sick and emergency leaves, check against leaves balance and ensure new leaves are deducted from the balance.
-Input to Payroll:
Work on Overtime Calculations as per overtime sheets received from different departments.
Calculate any deductions from salaries and any other input needed to calculate employee payroll and provide to payroll accountant in Finance Division.
-Perform other related duties as required .
Prepare official letters that employees may request addressed to banks, embassies and other official authorities, pay slips and salary certificate .
Maintain employee files through filing relevant documents without delay.
Responsible for Health Insurance operations and follow up
Act as the HR service desk, respond to any inquiries that employees may have regarding their HR related issues.
