- Design and drive the Sourcing strategy for the organization and ensure that newly hired workforce is aligned
with the competency and value framework of the organization.
- Make organization 30% leaner to ensure organization agility an responsive.
Digital transformation:
- Leads digital transformation of the organization from current level of paper-based work environment to 100%
paper less work environment and work culture.
- Identifying and removing all the non value adding activities and digitizing the same for organization wide
